For 16 years, I’ve led teams and strategies across home health, hospice, and healthcare technology, including serving as Regional VP of Business Development at LHC Group, where I oversaw $52M in revenue and helped forge system-level partnerships that expanded access to care. I’ve also built growth engines for an AI healthtech startup and supported the expansion of a family-owned wellness center, experiences that deepened my understanding of what leaders face behind the surface of success.
